Plans are billed monthly or annually (20% discount). You'll receive email alerts at 80% and 100% of your interview quota. Overage interviews are billed at your tier's rate at the end of each billing cycle.
One candidate session counts as one interview, regardless of whether it's voice or text mode. If voice fails mid-interview and falls back to text, it still counts as one interview — not two.
Yes. Upgrade anytime and your new limits take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Your interviews won't stop. Additional interviews beyond your plan limit are billed at your tier's overage rate ($15, $12, or $8 per interview). You'll be notified when you're approaching your limit.
